These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the DietFit AI — Calorie & Diet Tracker application and website (together, the "Service"), operated by ProNet IT Solutions. By using the Service, you agree to these Terms.

1. Use of the Service

You must be at least 13 years old to use DietFit AI. You agree to provide accurate information and to use the Service only for lawful, personal purposes.

2. Not Medical Advice

DietFit AI provides calorie and nutrition estimates and general diet insights for informational purposes only. It is not a medical device and does not provide medical, dietary, or health advice. Always consult a qualified healthcare professional before making significant changes to your diet, especially if you have a medical condition.

3. Accuracy of AI Estimates

Calorie, macro, and nutrition figures generated by the App are estimates based on AI analysis and user input. They may not be fully accurate and should not be relied on for medical decisions.

4. Your Account

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity under your account. Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use.

5. Acceptable Use

• Do not misuse, reverse-engineer, or attempt to disrupt the Service.
• Do not upload unlawful, harmful, or infringing content.
• Do not use the Service to violate any applicable law.

6. Subscriptions & In-App Purchases

If DietFit AI offers paid features or subscriptions, pricing and billing terms will be shown at the point of purchase and are processed through the Google Play billing system.

7. Intellectual Property

The App, its design, and its content are owned by ProNet IT Solutions and protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, or distribute the App without permission.

8. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service if you violate these Terms. You may stop using the Service and delete your account at any time.

9. Disclaimer & Limitation of Liability

The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, ProNet IT Solutions is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service.

10. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
